What does "Ticket on Departure" mean?
Ticket on departure (or TOD) is a common term used across holiday agents and it refers to how you receive your tickets.
If there is not enough time to ensure that you will receive your tickets by post then they must be picked up at the flight desk. There is usually a standard charge for this. We of course keep this as low as possible.
